We confidently stand behind our services by including a standard warranty on all new fence installations. You are not required to register your fence with us in order to be eligible for any warranty.

• Our standard warranty covers defects in workmanship for one year after installation, including gate closures and locking mechanisms. The warranty does not cover damage caused by Acts of Gods, weather, incidental damage by humans or pets, and impact or other conditions beyond our control.
• You will also void your warranty if you make any structural changes / alterations to your fence after installation.
• Please note that customer failure to pay in accordance with terms contractually agreed upon voids all warranty coverage.

MATERIAL

GottaCallMAc partners with leading fence material companies who stand behind their products with best-in-class warranty programs.

You must register your fence in order to be eligible for the warranty on certain materials.

Aluminum
Transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty that warrants against peeling, flaking, splintering, corrosion, rusting, or abnormal discoloration under normal and proper usage.

Chain Link
The product line is warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage for one year from the date of installation.

Composite
Limited Warranty that warrants these products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage.

Steel
Limited Warranty that warrants the electrocoated surface on all panels, posts, and gates is guaranteed against cracking, peeling, chipping, blistering, or corroding under normal and proper usage.

Vinyl
Transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty that warrants these products against peeling, flaking, splintering, corrosion, rusting, or abnormal discoloration under normal and proper usage.

Cedar
The product line is warrantied to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage for one year from the date of installation.

Wrought Iron
1-Year Warranty that warrants against any defects in materials and workmanship as well as for the powder coated surface for adhesion protection against chipping, cracking, peeling, or blistering under normal and proper usage (if applied).
